Immersed in the area's unspoiled nature, the common areas are welcoming and unique, the rooms are simple, spacious, and clean, the food...just right, and the staff are very friendly. I'll definitely be back.

A beautiful inn on Mount Minerva, surrounded by nature. A spacious veranda with seating, perfect for groups, and a splendid view of the plateau. Rich, hearty dishes and truly delicious traditional Sardinian cuisine. The agliata appetizer and cheese platters are excellent, as are the malloreddus with meat sauce and the spectacular porceddu with potatoes. The Sardinian winter melon for dessert is also very popular, perfect for degreasing after lunch. Highly recommended!
