A journey into flavour, a superb culinary experience. I was delighted by the chef's dishes which I consider to be works of art, the setting is small but very refined, the atmosphere is relaxing, the hostess is delightful and knows how to put diners at ease. The final highlight of the tasting menu were mini desserts including one with geranium... a true explosion of flavour. Recommended!

Two menus, one from land and one from sea, for 75 euros. I opted for the ground one: spectacular foie gras, worthy of applause, tortelli filled with opulent stew, soft and particularly tasty patanegra feather. The kitchen produces well-balanced dishes with intense but never heavy flavours. The different types of homemade bread are so delicious, you could eat them by the kilo. Chocolate cake with lemon heart accompanied by very interesting panettone ice cream. Non-trivial wine list, which highlights various producers not known to most. Friendly service. In short, a visit that will not leave you disappointed.

They had spoken well to me about this place and I was happy with this culinary experience. The menu is very simple, it includes a sea route and a land route, but it is possible to mix sea and land without any problem. I opted for the seafood menu and found the combinations between the individual ingredients very good and spot on: the prawns served with mixed vegetables sautéed in soy sauce were exceptional, the scent of the soy won me over even before tasting the dish, the ginger gave that extra touch of lightness which gave the dish high praise in my opinion. The celeriac cream that served as a bed for the cod tempura was also delicious. Once again I appreciated the oriental contamination with the pak-choi sautéed in soy. I also tried the mock egg and bacon and the braised cheek from the terra menu and both were very good. If you are looking for more traditional flavors perhaps the land menu is more suitable. The service was impeccable, nothing to say, I was amazed at the grace with which the lady who served us managed to take away 6 dishes at a time and in the meantime also manage to waste a few seconds talking at our table. Unfortunately I only give 4 stars because the pacchero with octopus and the dessert didn't completely convince me, perhaps I was expecting something more. I hope to come back and change my mind!
