We stayed at the confluent mills this weekend for my partner's birthday and stayed in the bubble room! It was all wonderful! The place is really romantic and secluded, safe and private. We also took advantage of the jacuzzi area with an aperitif, again everything perfect down to the smallest details. When booking (a few weeks before) they told me that there was the possibility of having dinner in their restaurant, so yesterday upon our arrival we decided to have dinner there. They reserved a wonderful table for us next to the fireplace (really romantic). The dinner was really excellent and everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Unfortunately, I got sick halfway through dinner and had to leave halfway through dinner, but what I ate up to that point was delicious. Even in this case however they were very kind, they tried to help me and proposed more things to try to improve my moment. Really nice people!! We hope to return soon with our four-legged friends!! We recommend it to all those who want to experience a weekend in peace, tranquility and good food!

Excellent restaurant and accommodation facility

Il posto è bellissimo ma la cucina non mi ha soddisfatto pienamente. Il menù degustazione è quasi scarso, buono ma non buonissimo. Personale gentile e informale. L'acqua dovrebbe essere compresa nel menù. È un menù un po' "ligure " nelle quantità e nel prezzo

An oasis of relaxation, a trattoria with a capital T! A rustic and very welcoming environment, a unique place! We came for the porcini season, and we were impressed by the quality of the dishes! Fried porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, everything was delicious! I recommend it! We will definitely be back!

I loved this place. The spacious room respecting the charm of this old mill but with all the comfort. The pleasant restaurant, competent service, refined cuisine. As for breakfast, a real treat for the eyes...very generous. I will definitely return to this relaxing place soon.

Our favorite stay during our 2 week visit to the French and Italian Riviera and Alps. It is remote and the perfect place for peaceful tranquility and relaxation. The selection on the free morning breakfast buffet was excellent. Their dinner offering was also amazing. This would be a perfect spot to rent the whole place and having a family reunion or corporate retreat.

It's always a pleasant place. Good food and always very friendly staff.

Beautiful place in the mountains. Large, lovingly furnished rooms, exceptional breakfast. Good starting point for trips either to the mountains or to the sea.
