Lunch with friends, enjoyable, with decent quality dishes. We decided to have a set menu for everyone, and the portions weren't too large. But at the end of the meal, they asked us if we wanted to have a second course, which was much appreciated. The only complaint about the food was that the coffee was very bitter. The service was very slow, perhaps just an off day. However, you don't always have to rush; in fact, if it's a Sunday lunch like mine, it can even be enjoyable.
Overall, a decent place to return to.

A typical lunch with a classic selection from the lower Brescia area. The classic appetizer included a selection of polenta and cured meats, with the prosciutto crudo deserving special mention. The classic first course was casoncello and excellent bigoli with hare salmi; I'd call them tasting portions. Unfortunately, the main course wasn't up to par; the menu included roast beef in olive oil with polenta and potatoes. Delicious dessert.

I'm a regular at Locanda del Vegnot, and I appreciate the ambiance, the result of a thoughtful renovation of an old farmhouse combined with a pleasant and relaxing outdoor area. The service is always prompt and courteous without ever being intrusive, and above all, the food, which offers seasonal menus featuring excellent ingredients and distinctive, never boring flavors. Going there is always a pleasure and a treat for me, and the staff always make me feel at home.

Locale rustico elegante. Buoni accoglienza e servizio. Menù spiedo composto da salumi di qualità, giardiniera, spiedo con patate e polenta, dolce a scelta. Spiedo bresciano più che discreto, forse un po' asciutto e salato. Dolci raffinati, piacevolmente insoliti. Ad accompagnare un gradevole vino della casa. Qualche "inevitabile" mosca di campagna
