Kind and helpful multilingual and multi-ethnic staff

A truly excellent place, simple as the name suggests, but welcoming and well-kept both in terms of location and dishes 💓 They have typical local dishes, proposals with fresh fish, all very good! I tried some prawn gnocchi which was a proposal of the day (€18), while my fellow diners tried other first courses from the plant-based menu and it was all delicious, the pasta itself was of excellent quality. Even the desserts were home made. The service was fast and attentive, the owner was able to advise us in a very nice and friendly way, without being intrusive. Highly recommended place!

Questa sera abbiamo avuto il piacere di tornare alla Locanda dei Semplici, un luogo che per noi è ormai una certezza. Fabrizio ci ha accolto con la sua solita gentilezza e attenzione, facendoci sentire come a casa. Il pesce è sempre di ottima qualità, fresco e cucinato con cura. Il menu è essenziale, pochi piatti, ma ogni proposta è un piccolo capolavoro. È evidente la passione che Fabrizio mette nel selezionare ingredienti e nel creare un’esperienza unica per i suoi ospiti. Se siete amanti del buon pesce e cercate un indirizzo sicuro a Maglie, questo è il posto giusto.
