4.5 stars. Excellent fish and beautiful dishes, very welcoming interior. In my opinion, the desserts could be improved, especially considering the price. Overall, the price is good considering the quality of the fish.

A small, cute place. We sat in the outdoor dining area. A few too many mosquitoes; I recommend using mosquito coils or citronella; the mosquitoes even ended up on our plates. We opted for the appetizer tasting. I expected all the appetizers on the menu, but instead they brought me other dishes not on the menu. We had requested a raw ham if possible, and they said yes, but then they didn't bring it. The mixed fish appetizer was poor for €30, with the marinades and sauces not quite right. On the plus side, the fish was good. Overall, it was good, but I wouldn't recommend it or return.

In Cervia / MiMa you eat pretty well everywhere, but only two restaurants stand out, and the Locanda dei Salinari is right there in Olympus (the other is the restaurant Al Deserto). Order at random without any worries. The wine list is nice, with prices almost like those of a wine shop.

My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant for the first time last year, and returning this year we were equally satisfied.
The staff is courteous, attentive, helpful and friendly.
Every dish was well-prepared and excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert.
Before the appetizer we were served a welcome entrée and together with the coffee we were offered some excellent biscuits.
We particularly recommend one of the gin and tonics offered as an aperitif, there are several to choose from, from the driest one, to the most citrus or fruity one.
We will definitely be back next year!!

Excellent restaurant, courteous and attentive service. High quality of dishes. Fair price.
The only thing that in my opinion should be fixed is the environment, a bit to refresh. For the rest, excellent experience!
