Great hotel! Great service! Great rooms! Absolutely amazing experience! Andrea was incredibly kind and helpful our whole trip, making sure we were comfortable and accommodated. He really went above and beyond for my partner and I and I really appreciate that level of service. The rooms were quiet and nice. Also had the best tub/shower combo for the whole trip. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

The hotel was great but Andrea at the front desk really made a huge difference to the stay. He was always on the ball and helped us a lot with every part of our stay. Him and his team really elevated the experience!

Suite 310 was very large with a huge bathroom but the bed was not really a king bed my husband who is 6.3 could have done with a larger bed but the two things really took away the two stars was one there was no coffee machine or tea kettle and most importantly there was no standing shower just a large jacuzzi He is 66 years old with a bad back and had areal challenge to take a shower On the last day we went to Vista palace verona and were upgraded to the prestige suite which is probably the best room in a italian hotel

We had a great room, not exactly cheap, and it was a bit disappointing that for such a high price, we had to pay €50 for two people/breakfast. When I asked the receptionist if I could get water from the minibar for our dog, she said we'd have to pay for it, even though there's a hefty fee for dogs and no bowl or anything else is provided. We're a bit disappointed. You can overdo it, even if it's in the center.

Last week we travelled to Modena and we stayed in this wonderful hotel. It was really a fantastic time there with special attention to the people who work there. I forgot to take a part of my clothes in an other hotel in Bologna and they were so kind to pick up te clothes for me. Thank you Andrea for all your help in this and special thanks for the best and kindest barman mr. Gaetano Bentivegna we ever met! David Rutten and Thirza Steinhart
