Nice place where you can eat well! Few and very well prepared dishes (excellent chickpea soup with porcini mushrooms and pumpkin), with an honest price and a service that lives up to expectations.
The house wine is also very good.

Tutto molto buono. Chicche alle castagne eccezionali. Tonarelli al ragù di salsiccia e zabaglione salato, molto saporiti. Collo di maiale tenero come il burro. Come anche la pecora al sugo.
Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità.
Servizio attento e proprietario simpatico.

My girlfriend and I had dinner here on Friday evening.
We were well received, the waitress polite and professional.
The food is SUPERLATIVE.
If it had been closer to home we would have gone there several times, the photos speak for themselves, go and look at them.
Starting from the appetizer, I found that every dish is taken care of down to the smallest detail, and this is not to be taken for granted.
(soup with chickpeas, porcini mushrooms and pumpkin with croutons, beef carpaccio etc. etc.)
The dishes in terms of quantity are between plentiful and the normality of a dish that is expected.
I ate a starter, first course, second course (meatballs) and a dessert (cheescake.. Wow.. Cantucci base and cheesecake made with buffalo ricotta, wonderful), I left the place satisfied, full but not that full that remains in your stomach for hours, what happened a few days earlier elsewhere.
I highly recommend it, it's worth it, and *Valentino* will be my fixed stop every time I come to Norma or its surroundings.

We went to Valentino on a cool Saturday for lunch.
We arrived late (around 2.20pm) and sat in the beautiful outdoor square.
We ordered the house wine which is an excellent blend and directly the first courses.
I took the ramiccia (a very fine tagliolini) with summer truffle which was truly the bomb and my partner the cicche (water and flour dumplings) with courgette cream and parmesan which were equally good.
The portion of pasta was small and I took the opportunity to try another first course: tonnarelli with Normese sausage and savory zabaglione. This sauce was a little too watery for my taste but the dish was still very good.
The service was fast without too many fuss.
The prices are more than fair.
We will definitely return when in the area

Abbiamo assaggiato il tortino di zucca, la zuppetta ai ceci, le cicche con le zucchine e il collo di manzo ed un tiramisù e del vino rosso della casa.
Tutto buono, anche se alcuni prodotti sono congelati, e condito anche da un servizio molto gentile. Uniche note, la carne un po' troppo cotta ed il tiramisù aveva il caffè anche nella crema al mascarpone, sembrava più una mousse. Userei delle luci più calde sulle volte bianche, l'ambiente è un po' freddo, esaltando poco la vecchia struttura in pietra. Ma sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Grazie

A little difficult place to find for those who don't know it. It has both an internal room and a very nice outdoor space. The menu is not on paper but can be consulted on the site. Starter, first courses and steak (20€) all good with very normal portions. Kind service provided by the two girls. Covered at €2 per person

I went to Valentino's inn not to eat but for work I unloaded some food material.. I don't know how he cooks but few people see such a clean and fragrant kitchen.. I go to many restaurants for work at least 8 a day and Very few kitchens are so clean while they are working

I celebrated my 50th birthday and the place deserves a lot. Delicious food of exceptional quality. Impossible to leave hungry! Value for money that you deserve!
