I have been to this restaurant and I must say that it was a truly exceptional experience. The carbonara was one of the best I have ever tasted: creamy, tasty and prepared to perfection, with the highest quality ingredients enhancing its authentic taste. The meat was also truly delicious, cooked with great care and served in generous portions, soft and succulent. The desserts, then, were the icing on the cake: homemade and rich in flavor, they concluded the meal impeccably. The environment is very welcoming and refined, with an intimate and pleasant atmosphere, perfect for an evening as a couple or a dinner with friends. The staff are attentive and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Prices are medium-high, but justified by the quality of the food and service. I absolutely recommend this place.

Highly recommended!. While I was passing through the Rome area, I discovered this restaurant in a small village in the Roman hills and I was pleasantly impressed not only by the service and hospitality, but also by the culinary offering. The tartare and carpaccio are excellent, the fettuccine with mushrooms and venison is very good, the grilled meat is remarkable and a special mention is due for the desserts. The decomposed tiramisu is a delight not only for the palate, but also for the eyes thanks to the imaginative presentation. If you happen to pass through Montecelio I recommend you stop by "Da Pistola", for me this restaurant "hit the mark".

The place is nice, the food is good but expensive given the country. The price of the meat is high, the fettuccine with mushrooms and venison (rather banal flavour) is not worth the asking price, and so is the radicchio. At least from what I ate it seems like a slightly pretentious place but it needs improvement, always considering the location and the costs. The service was also slightly inattentive (1st: I wasn't served bread; 2nd: The fork fell, picked up from the ground by the owner and taken away immediately but he didn't bring me a clean one. Result: waiting for the food to be clean it's cold). Nothing serious but......

Una struttura bellissima che dà quell'atmosfera suggestiva. Scendendo le scale c'è una cantina di vini strepitosa, il cibo buonissimo con prodotti di alta qualità, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo per cene o cerimonie.

Cena a base di carne di grandissima qualità. La tagliata è la bistecca che abbiamo mangiato sono forse le migliori che abbiamo mai mangiato.. Servizio impeccabile..
