Very nice place, with exposed stone and very clean, there are formulas with fixed price menus. We took the 40 euro one and we were satisfied. Appetizer with cured meats, cheeses, beans with pork rinds, tripe...
Then fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and venison and after that a very good revisited matriciana. As a second lamb and the cut. Very good meat. Very good potatoes and chicory.
Then desserts (perhaps the only thing that could be improved), coffee and bitters.

The place is very characteristic, colorful and at the same time elegant.
An interesting menu with local cuisine. Perfect service, despite the restaurant being full. All very good and the dishes well presented.
Finally, I appreciated the small wine cellar, with a tasteful choice.

Welcoming and refined environment. Excellent first courses. Fabulous meat. With the offers of the famous fork app the prices are even more convenient, but still fair, when compared to the high quality of the dishes. Definitely recommended.

Il locale è davvero impattante: bello, accogliente e, pur mantenendo un tono rustico, riesce comunque a coniugare bene il passato con la modernità.
Il cibo è buono, ma non sorprendente: l'antipasto per due è il classico tagliere di salumi e formaggi, dove però la qualità è modesta. Il manzo 3.0, servito con pachini, glassa e grana, era buono, ma sciapo. Il contorno di patate, purtroppo, da dimenticare: poche e sicuramente del giorno prima.

Locale carino ed accogliente. A cena in due, ospite di un amico. Tagliere di salumi e formaggi per due normale; poi una spada di manzo e una tagliata com mortadella scottata e burrata. Qualità del cibo molto buona, peccato che le carni siano arrivate al tavolo tiepide, quasi fredde (piccolo suggerimento: usare le pietre ollari che ho visto per le bistecche anche per le altre portate di carne). Da riprovare.
