We came here for a thirtieth birthday and had a set menu: pumpkin tart with speck and almonds as an appetizer, spinach tortelli with melted butter, then skewered pasta with polenta, and, to finish, a truly excellent millefeuille. Everything was delicious! A historic place, full of unique photos and statues that create a unique atmosphere. The bathrooms deserve a special mention: full of jokes and funny (and a little naughty 😄) graffiti.

14/08/2025: Dining at Mainor is a sensational culinary experience, allowing you to savor magical flavors and sensations. Each dish is a masterpiece, from the plating to the cooking method, and the combination of ingredients is meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. The service is excellent; Luana and Sara are knowledgeable and attentive in recommending dishes and matching wines. Dining at Mainor is a unique experience to savor with every bite.
14/08/2025: A pleasant surprise!! We've known the Hotel Calvi for years: Flora and Alfredo make you feel at home! This year we dined at the Mainor restaurant; impeccable service, particularly polite and knowledgeable staff. The four of us had: scallop ceviche, meagre tartare, perfect "scarpetta" (a type of bread) to dip your tortillas in, basil tagliatelle with raw scampi, and aged Parmesan risotto with aged balsamic vinegar. The dishes were prepared with care and skill, but above all, originality and imagination. As for the taste, there's nothing to complain about: a spectacle of flavors that slowly, one by one, unfold in your mouth... I don't usually take photos of dishes, but this strawberry, this dessert, was truly worth it. I won't say anything else so as not to spoil the surprise.
