The rooms are spacious, spotless and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The real gem, however, is the attached restaurant. The cuisine is simply exceptional: typical traditional local dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, presented with great care and creativity. Each meal was a unique gastronomic experience, enriched by attentive and courteous service. I haven't entered the rooms, but if so it gives me a lot. I ate some pappardelle with venison, really special. Then the horse meat, a butter. Other dishes, but you have to go there to eat everything. We didn't have the chance to eat desserts, because... we ran out of space🤭. All very good, and the kindness of the owners is truly special. It's a shame that I met him too late. See you next year.
