Eravamo tre coppie, ci siamo fermati per pranzo; tutto perfetto dalla pulizia alla qualità e preparazione delle pietanze. Ragazzi molto ma molto bravi, a nostro parere meritano più di 5 stelle, giovanissimi ma con tanta voglia di fare e con tanto amore nel farlo. Lo consigliamo vivamente, provare per credere. We were three couples, we stopped for lunch; everything perfect from cleanliness to the quality and preparation of the dishes. Very, very good guys, in our opinion they deserve more than 5 stars, very young but with a great desire to do and with a lot of love in doing it. We highly recommend it, try it to believe it. Congratulations guys

You book in a place hoping that you can eat well...
In Casaletto Spartano, the town of the oasis of
I Capelli di Venere, during our cycle tour La Via Silente, the Oasis of taste far exceeded all our expectations, giving us excellent quality at every course.
Nicola, the chef and host, was able to guide us in choosing the menu.
Raw materials treated with care to enhance every nuance

Genuine and traditional cuisine. We had a very good time, the staff were friendly and nice. The fried porcini mushrooms are excellent but the first courses are even more so: cavatelli, smoked caciocavallo and bacon, cavatelli pork rinds and sausage.
All accompanied by an excellent local wine.
Recommended for a lunch break in the area!

Simple flavors not always well executed (dishes sometimes not particularly tasty, combinations and balancing of flavors not very successful and wrong cooking of the second courses and I did not perceive particular attention to the quality of the raw material but it could also depend on not knowing how to enhance it), service a little disorganized, but the prices are quite fair.
It didn't impress us. The disorganization was also noticeable in the dishes as well as in the service, I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it even if it wasn't an experience that I would define as unpleasant, hence the 3 stars but it has a lot to improve.
