There's a very large selection of Loacker products, and the staff is friendly. The food tastes very good, but the ambiance could be improved.

In a shopping center, it has a terrace, which is very important. High-quality food.

Loacker Bolzano Large space with seating outside, inside, or at the counter, or even standing at a table (if you don't want to wait). Gift packages for every budget and taste. Wafers of every type and flavor. Limited-edition chocolates. It's a shame you don't always find croissants available. It's true that we went at 10:30, knowing you're busy, I think you could make a few more batches of croissants because you're really busy and have both tourists and locals. It's a shame you can't find Loacker in the south because it would be huge in my opinion. Think about it!

Expensive, more than 2 euros for a coffee and then water from a carafe that didn't seem to be the cleanest.

As always, Loacker delivers consistently, but the service is a bit lacking. Not only did they get our order wrong, but they also took a long time to deliver it (despite the location not being crowded). All orders were slow to arrive. A real shame.

Great coffee and very attentive and professional staff. I always go back with pleasure. In summer beautiful terrace. One of my favorite places for a coffee or something else!

Excellent food, but that's a given. 5 stars for the service, the super-friendly girls make the atmosphere even more pleasant!

I had a large hot chocolate... A small cup, with the warm chocolate evidently pre-made... I was disappointed... I thought they cared about quality across the board... But I see they've been thinking more about raising prices lately. Too bad. I'm giving it 3 stars and not 2 because they had the foresight to give me a small cup of coffee and a small glass of water.
