The food was good, but perhaps we expected a little more, especially from the starters. The main course was very good and overall a bit overpriced. The owner was very friendly and welcoming!

Excellent fish, very friendly, family atmosphere, and highly recommended. It looks a bit sterile from the outside, but that's deceiving.
2nd Review, October 2025: We've eaten here several times. The fresh fish is the best we've ever had. The various salads are also excellent.

We had two different pasta and shrimp dishes (Oro Rosso and an almond pesto with truffle), both excellent, and then a sea bream. We were allowed to choose the fish ourselves at the counter. It tasted very fresh and excellent. The grilled vegetables are also highly recommended. A particularly positive aspect is that you can watch the chefs at work through a glass panel. Everything is very hygienic and well-maintained. The decor is modern and tasteful. We would definitely recommend the restaurant and would come back.

A beautiful, modern restaurant, ideal for seafood lovers: the freshest fish, from tuna carpaccio to octopus with potatoes, all prepared with divine simplicity. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting, and the service is friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back!

Superlative taste! Finally, a restaurant that stands out from the usual tourist fare: Lo Stagnone is an authentic experience, where you immediately perceive the quality and attention to every detail. The fish is incredibly fresh, cooked with mastery and respect for the ingredients. The difference is both tasteful and visible: balanced dishes, creative but never overdone, that enhance tradition with a touch of refinement. The welcome is warm and the service attentive, yet never intrusive. It's clear that those working in the kitchen are experienced and passionate: every dish speaks volumes. A place to return to, and one I recommend to anyone seeking the true taste of the sea, far removed from the clichés of "tourist" restaurants.
