"Lo Smashburger" di Joe Bastianich In Roma

The double bacon cheeseburger is delicious, better than at Vicio or Deleito in Barcelona.

The smash burger is amazing! Crispy meat, crispy bacon, amazing sauce... Obviously, they're not the prices of the famous fast food chains, but for the quality and tastiness, it's worth it! (And the price difference is really negligible anyway...)

Good burger and fries with good quality ingredients. A little pricey for the size of the burger, but considering the location and the setting, it's understandable.

Good, but I had higher expectations. The price was a bit high, but unfortunately, it was average for the type of food. Friendly staff.

Food was amazing and would recommend the Nashville tenders with chips. The sauce they gave was to die for and was a fantastic combination for the tenders.

Wonderful. A truly delicious burger and fries. Quality ingredients, well-cooked. I'm not sure how it compares to McDonald's. Absolutely nothing. I missed trying Joe's special sauce, but I'll be back with pleasure!

Small sandwich, high price, everything is expensive. Average taste, the flavors get lost. Fried chicken is very good and crispy. Inside the central market, where everything costs at least 50% more than normal, it doesn't stand up very well.

You could try any of the best burger joints in the United States, and they wouldn't beat this one. The best Smash ever. I've been going there for years now, both in Rome and Milan, and there's little to say; it's become my new benchmark. Every other Smash I try when I'm in the US is always "good... but not as good as Joe's!" The service is friendly and fast. The location is obviously not their own, in the sense that it's a stall inside the central market at Rome Termini, so you pick up your tray and sit at the tables available to all the restaurants. But it doesn't matter; the atmosphere at the market is unparalleled. PS: They've updated the recipe for fried oats, which are now served with a crispy "topping" just like in America. Trying is believing.
