Very nice and comfortable environment

With a group of colleagues we went to this place for a pre-holiday greeting! We decided for an aperitif with mixed platters, focaccia and cocktails/beer for everyone. The experience was very pleasant, both from a culinary and human point of view. We were welcomed with kindness and courtesy, the platter featured exquisite cured meats, hams, cheeses and vegetables, the focaccia was excellent (an Apulian word!), cocktails and beer at the top (out of a vast selection). The passion and competence of the owner is evident.

How can you not fall in love with Sciabbecco? A peaceful corner in Piazza delle Camelie with wooden tables, lights, old photos of Centocelle and a drum kit at the back of the room. Eleonora and Marcello, the owners, are lovely people, always smiling, kind and helpful, the beer and spritz are good and the platters are plentiful. Also absolutely worth trying are the Saltimbocca (the Neapolitan ones) and the excellent giant burgers. If you are looking for the latest hipster to take a selfie in the bathroom, steer clear, but if you are looking for a quiet and pleasant place to spend a carefree evening with friends, you have found the right place.
