Lo Schiribizzo In Giovinazzo

I was in Giovinazzo for one night with my boyfriend and our two friends, and while exploring the town, we stumbled upon this adorable restaurant right by the water. We decided to sit out on the patio since it was such a beautiful evening, and it ended up being the perfect choice. We started with the calamari — absolutely delicious — and followed it up with seafood pasta that was just as amazing. But the real star of the night for me was the cacio e pepe. It was the one dish I’d been craving throughout our Italian adventure, and Lo Schiribizzo delivered the best one I’ve ever had. Perfectly creamy, perfectly peppery, and paired with a crisp white wine — truly unforgettable. The service was great too. Even though the restaurant was busy, the staff made sure we were well taken care of the entire evening. I still dream about that pasta (and this place!). The atmosphere, the food, the location — everything was just perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area.

A good pizzeria on the Giovinazzo seafront, always very popular and crowded. It offers good appetizers of all kinds and excellent first courses, but the restaurant's strong point is the pizza. A pizza made with a Bari-style dough that seems to have been pulled back in time. They make pizzas the way they used to be made, which might please even the most purist, but they also make Neapolitan-style dough upon request and some gourmet pizzas. I remember the pizza menu being very long and many pages long, perhaps a bit too many. A good pizzeria, but definitely not top-of-the-line. When we went, we asked the waiter to take care of the appetizers, and we were happy with it; everything was good. I recommend this good place.

It was a table blanket fee 4 EUR! I did not like it. Food was good and very hot. Spaghetti aldiente. Wine was very good.

Delightful place facing the sea...protected from traffic and prying eyes.

I rarely leave reviews, but after dining at this restaurant I feel compelled to give top marks for both the quality of the food and the service. The prices are quite reasonable, and the quality of the dishes is beyond question. I highly recommend the mixed fried fish and the spaghetti with red mullet fillet, truly delicious. Compliments to the owner and all the staff.

We had a great meal, great location by the sea, excellent tuna grilled to perfection, a huge bowl of mixed salad, enough for two. 100% recommendation
