Little Paradise di Liguori P. In Cagnano varano

We found it somewhat by chance while on vacation in Cagnano Varano during the week of August 15th 2025, and we returned a second time before returning home. The pizzas, paposce, grilled vegetables, and baked cacio cheese were delicious! The service was attentive, welcoming, and cheerful. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Puglia! The pizza of a lifetime!!!!! When my boyfriend and I crave a good pizza, our first thought is this wonderful place, L'Ammiraglio. Exceptional staff: fast, helpful, extremely kind, quality is not to be taken for granted, in fact... practically perfection. In addition to the pizza and paposcia, which I dare say are amazing, the waiters and the pizza chef always have a smile on their face, even when the place is packed. They always manage to cheer you up despite having so many things to do. As far as I'm concerned, a wonderful place, the best. If you have the chance, stop by, you won't regret it. One of the few places that in August (when you can't understand anything) still treats you with kid gloves. Well done, keep it up!!!! (We love L'Ammiraglio and the Americana, not to mention the Bronte, delicious!!!) ❤️❤️

Top food...Paposcia La Romana with porchetta and sublime caciocavallo and excellent pizza with sausage and porcini mushrooms!!! Super dynamic and very kind staff...super kind and smiling despite the amount of work...absolutely to try 🔝🔝

We came to this place to escape the hustle and bustle of the fish festival. We were looking for a good pizza and a place that wasn't too crowded. Eleven of us ended up at Pizzeria l'Ammiraglio, and despite it being packed, they served us quickly and brought us pizzas that were nothing short of fabulous. Courtesy, friendliness, and delicious food accompanied us throughout the evening. It's a place we won't want to miss. Bravo, bravo, bravo!!!

We found this pizzeria via Google Maps, and enjoyed both the paposcia and the excellent pizza. It's a wonder that the paposcia is leavened for three days before being baked, making it incredibly light and easy to digest. The quality of the cured meats was excellent; we tried the traditional papaya with prosciutto and the one with mozzarella, pistachios, and burrata. We'll definitely be back when we pass through Cagnano.

A very welcoming place with amazing staff, helpful, kind, and always smiling, ready to satisfy your every need. My girlfriend and I come here every time we can, being out of town, primarily because we feel we're not treated well, but more importantly, for the pizza and paposcia. I can say for sure that it's one of the best pizzas in the area, if not the best. A place that stands out not only for its kindness and friendliness, but also for its good food. Highly recommended, if I could, I'd move to Cagnano to go there every day ❤️❤️❤️

A wonderful experience, a very familiar and welcoming atmosphere. The owners are very kind, and the staff is equally as friendly. THE PIZZA IS EXCELLENT, you can taste all the local flavors, especially tomato and caciocavallo. I highly recommend the Campagnola! We'll definitely be back!!! Thank you! As promised, after a week we came back to try the Bombette and Paposcia!!!! Spectacular!!!! The Bombette were so good we didn't even have time to take a picture of the dish!!! Thanks guys, you're TOP!!!
