Whether you want an important dinner or a light plate of vegetables, you will always have excellent quality and exclusive treatment. This year, however, the chef Cinzia has outdone herself. Despite the difficulty of finding the raw material since the season was over, when I expressed the desire to taste artichokes she made an effort to organize a dinner based on this delicacy for me within a few days. Each dish, in addition to being sublime, had professionalism and love for one's profession as its ingredients.
