We stayed here from September 18th to 21st, the last few days before closing. Although we were a little hesitant due to the reviews, I have to say we had a great time. Starting with the extremely friendly staff, from the reception staff to the dining room staff and the beach staff. The room wasn't very large but was well-appointed and clean, with a comfortable balcony equipped with a drying rack. Lunches were reasonable for the price and season: appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, various side dishes, and fruit or dessert, with water and wine included. The beach is nice, but unfortunately the rocks are a bit annoying with a small child, but we happily used the saltwater pool and the whirlpools on the solarium. It's in a strategic location for visiting various places like Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca. Overall, a great vacation!

The beachfront location is wonderful, and the entertainment for children and adults was truly the highlight of our stay—very engaging and fun. However, for a 4-star hotel, I expected more: • breakfast and dinner were rather poor, • the reception was unwelcoming, • the hot tub wasn't very clean. Overall, it was a nice vacation, but I think the hotel could improve several aspects to truly live up to its four-star rating.

We stayed at this hotel right after mid-August. It's the ideal place to relax by the sea or by the pool, in complete tranquility. The food was good and varied, the rooms were spotless, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We just finished our holiday. Wonderful hotel, super friendly reception staff, fantastic and kind restaurant service. Crystal clear sea, top bar service, especially the bar girls. Wonderful entertainment, very engaging with fantastic staff. It was an unforgettable holiday for both us and our children ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We spent peaceful and pleasant days at Isola di Pazze, immersed in an atmosphere that made us feel welcome and at ease from the very first moment. The rooms, meticulously maintained and always impeccable, made us feel right at home. The cuisine, rich in authentic flavors and variety, was a delight for the palate at every meal. The punctual and efficient service allowed us to enjoy our holiday carefree, worry-free. The lively and engaging entertainment filled our days with smiles and moments of pure fun. But what struck us most was the staff: friendly, attentive, and driven by a genuine passion for their work. Perhaps not everything is perfect, but what matters is that we felt truly pampered here. And this left us with one certainty: the desire to return.

A glimpse of Paradise… wonderful place with a spectacular sea. Beautiful hotel, with a wonderful view, all enriched by excellent service and high quality food. Excellent entertainment service!!!
