The cuisine is the real strength. You can taste the careful selection of ingredients, especially the fish, which is incredibly fresh and treated with respect. Don't expect banal dishes: even traditional Ligurian classics are presented with a modern twist that pleases the eye as well as the palate. Special mention goes to the first courses (the homemade pasta is fantastic) and, of course, the desserts, which truly live up to the restaurant's name. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and can recommend the right wine without being intrusive. In short: you eat well, you feel good, and the bill is very fair for the quality they serve. Our only advice? Make a reservation, because it's a place that's also very popular with locals, and there's a reason why!
