Wunderbar einfaches Lokal im Zentrum mit Familientradition. Unbedingt auf die Empfehlung des freundlichen Personals vertrauen! Z.B. Spaghetti allo chef mit Hummer. Zum Dessert eine sardische Spezialität mit Ricotta. Der selbst hergestellte Mirto zum Abschluss war vom Haus offeriert. Tante grazie.

Este restaurante tiene lo que quieres de una comida sarda: ensaladas, pasta, pescado y carne. Está cerca del centro de la ciudad, en una calle principal. El único inconveniente, si es justo mencionarlo, es que no hay asientos al aire libre.
Ah, pero la comida. Empecé con un tagliatelle con carne de cordero y queso pecorino. La pasta era maravillosamente firme, y el plato no era demasiado pesado. Luego tomé un simple y fresco besugo a la parrilla. Escamoso y fácil de deshuesar. Sirvió con arugala. Junto con un rojo de la casa, mi factura llegó a 35 €.

I was initially extremely delighted by the platter with a selection of cured meats paired with red cabbage and figs for the coppa, by the lard accompanied by anchovies in oil, by the cured sausage with local olives, by the raw ham with melon, toasted almonds and rocket, by the bacon with walnuts and loin with pine nuts and finely sliced white cabbage all accompanied by carasau bread, bistoccu and civraxu to continue with the fabulous artisanal culurgiones.
