Very welcoming and helpful staff, always with a smile on their faces who know how to put you at ease... little details not to be taken for granted! Drinks and cocktails done well and at a good price... Rich and tasty platters. I prefer another 100 aperitifs in this modest place than in the adjacent ones. Congratulations to the owners.

The island of flavors is a restaurant located in the center of Terrasini, in Piazza Duomo. The restaurant offers typical Sicilian cuisine, with a particular focus on fresh and seasonal products. I had the opportunity to try the platter for one person, which included a selection of appetizers, such as potato pianelle and crocchè, cheeses, caponata, cured meats and bread. All the ingredients were of high quality and the platter was well presented. The food was tasty and well balanced, good value for money. The service was courteous and attentive. The staff was available to answer my questions and recommend the best dishes. In conclusion, The Island of Flavors is an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy Sicilian cuisine in a welcoming and informal environment.
