14/07/2026: We returned to this restaurant again because we were pleasantly impressed the first time (for a quick escape from the chaos of Rome). My boyfriend and I can only confirm that first impression. From the location to the food, everything was fantastic, but what we especially want to highlight is Valerio's kindness, hospitality, and friendliness, which contributed significantly to making our dinner and evening even more enjoyable. With his dish recommendations and wonderful stories, he made us feel at home!! We'll be back soon because for us, La Taverna del Castello is a guarantee! Davide and Alessandra
