Business dinner. We had extremely good appetizers, a prime rib steak from the dry-aged steak, and excellent glasses of wine. The staff were extremely friendly, fun, and smiling. We really had a great time.

Wonderful experience: in the heart of Rimini, in a very quiet corner (though just a few meters from Corso Augusto), you'll find this gem of a restaurant. Excellent food [it's been years since I've had such a good carbonara: made strictly according to the traditional recipe and not—as has often happened lately (perhaps following the example of some Michelin-starred chef—with crispy guanciale (which means almost burned!), but with perfectly cooked guanciale], welcoming and friendly staff (special praise goes to the Asian waiter who was able to guide us very professionally in our choice of dishes), a truly lovely place both inside and out (I ate outside and it was very pleasant). Prices are absolutely reasonable - 17.01.27: We ate at this restaurant again: the positive impressions from last summer were completely confirmed...

A truly exceptional experience. This restaurant stands out from all the others we've discovered in Rimini so far. The mixed meat platter for two was flawless, both visually and in terms of taste, offering unbeatable value for money and a particularly generous portion. The wine and dessert were both exquisite. Finally, a special mention for the Japanese waiter who demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and impeccable professionalism throughout the entire meal.

Tonight we went to "Ingrata," in the heart of Rimini, and the experience was simply fantastic! We started with two exceptional first courses: whole-wheat strozzapreti with Sangiovese-infused Valmarecchia sausage and smoked scamorza fondue, and passatelli with three textures of artichoke and confit cherry tomatoes—a true explosion of flavor and creativity. For second courses, we chose the grilled asado and the Valmarecchia grill, accompanied by fresh and tasty side dishes: herbs and potatoes. Each dish was meticulously prepared with the highest-quality ingredients. We couldn't pass up dessert: tiramisu and pistachio crème brulee, both perfect for a perfect finish. All accompanied by a bottle of rosé wine, two bottles of water, coffee, and an after-dinner drink. A little extra: the house panettone, in perfect Christmas spirit! 🎄 The value for money is excellent, and the service impeccable. We'll definitely be back... in fact, we've already booked for Christmas lunch! A culinary experience we recommend to anyone who loves authentic flavors and gastronomic delights.

I chose L'ingrata restaurant on recommendation to celebrate my anniversary, and I was truly satisfied. A quiet and comfortable location, we felt at ease from the first moment. Top hospitality. For starters, we had whole-wheat strozzapreti with Sangiovese sausage and scamorza fondue, and a cappelletti in broth. Both starters were fantastic; the cappelletti were just like grandma's, and the strozzapreti were nothing to write home about, a wonderful discovery. For main courses, we opted for a grilled asado and a grilled fillet, cooked medium-rare. The meat was cooked perfectly, high-quality, and truly delicious. For main courses, we had crispy potatoes and seasonal vegetables, which paired well with the meat. For dessert, we opted for tiramisu and an eclair, which helped us end this wonderful evening on a high note and with full stomachs. I recommend L'ingrata restaurant and will return soon with friends and family.
