Dinner with friends at this traditional meat restaurant. We started with an appetizer of cheeses accompanied by honey, jam, pears, grapes, and walnuts—a truly wonderful combination—and a soft and flavorful pumpkin tart.
For main courses, my friends chose beef cheek with celeriac puree, while I ordered a skewer with vegetables. Personally, I found the meat a bit dry and the vegetables too raw for my taste, but obviously, this is a matter of personal preference.
We were already full from dessert, but the staff was kind enough to offer us a tray of sweets: samples of cakes, biscuits, zabaglione cream, and almond biscotti, accompanied by two liqueurs, one limoncello and the other chocolate with a hint of anise.
A warm and welcoming place, with very attentive and friendly waiters. I recommend booking.

I'd been to L'Ingrata years ago, at the beginning of the summer, with biker friends, and honestly, my enthusiasm for the place and the food had been low. Last night (Saturday, November 1st), my partner insisted on dining here, and really insisted that we come. Reservations were made at 9:30 PM. Some minor parking issues related to the barbarian invasion of Rimini's historic center. We arrived at 9:20 PM and were escorted to our table without any problems. The atmosphere was beautiful, welcoming, warm, and casually chic. Impeccable service, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, served by Yogi, to whom I give a special mention, starting with the impeccable opening of the wine: a perfect cut of the capsule placed on the table with the cork beside it, etc. etc. etc... textbook. Attentive, alert, anticipating needs, never intrusive, but always present. Excellent appetizers: I had carne salada al pepe with homemade pickled vegetables, and my partner had veal topside with celeriac sauce. Meat main courses: I had a mustard-flavored pork shank with a lemon potato flan, and my partner had a grilled fillet with a sauce. So... I've traveled abroad for work, Munich, Berlin, and I've often eaten pork shank, as I often have in Italy. But at L'Ingrata, I enjoyed a shank that, for the quality of the meat, the preparation, and the quantity (embarrassing, it tasted like a whole pig...), was the absolute best I've ever tasted. Overwhelmed by all the delicious food, we were nevertheless offered the classic limoncello and licorice, and, to top it all, a plate of mixed dry pastries and chestnuts, accompanied by a cup of custard. It brought tears to my eyes. Congratulations. We'll definitely be back. Thanks, Yogi!

Giving everything five stars doesn't really matter. The dinner was excellent, from the appetizers to the traditional first courses to the huge barbecue for two...but there were four of us. The only flaw was the dessert. A flaw, in inverted commas, is due to my personal taste. I like tiramisu in blocks, not disassembled. But that flaw doesn't justify taking one less star because the mascarpone cream was delicious. Well done!

We discovered this restaurant by chance a year ago, and since then, whenever we're in Rimini, it's been a regular stop for Sunday lunch or dinner. Everything is truly excellent and carefully prepared, from the starters to the meats grilled in front of you! Highly recommended.

Best T-bone steak I have ever had. Meat is sourced from local farmers, I believe most ingredients are too. The atmosphere really made you feel like you were in Italy, great music but not too loud. Spacious seating area. Also offered us complimentary biscuits. Delicious sides and desserts.

L'Ingrata is a highly recommended restaurant in Rimini for meat lovers. The dishes are well-cooked and served with meticulous attention to presentation. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and the flavor is excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff friendly, perfect for a pleasant evening of good food.
