Brisighella ha un'antica fama gastronomica, e il ristorante L'Infinito la conferma. Si trova in posizione panoramica nel bellissimo borgo medievale di Brisighella in una viuzza raggiungibile solo a piedi (l'auto bisogna lasciarla più giù e ci sono diversi scalini) che gode però di una vista eccezionale. In estate o comunque quando il clima lo consente si può mangiare all'aperto su una terrazza (pochissimi posti).Il menu prevede i classici piatti locali, dalle tagliatelle alla spoja lorda (pasta ripiena), ai passatelli per quanto riguarda i primi. Fra i secondi siamo in Romagna e quindi la fa da padrone la carne: si va dalla fiorentina di scottona alla Mora romagnola (particolare tipo di maiale), vera tipicità di questa zona.

02/12/2025: We visited this restaurant during a village festival. The location was fantastic, the food excellent, and the service friendly and knowledgeable. The passatelli with truffles was fantastic, and the prices were average for the type of food served.
17/11/2025: The baby cuttlefish stuffed with pumpkin and gingerbread will remain in our hearts. The setting is charming, housed in a quarry beneath the clock tower. Interesting find. The wait times, especially for appetizers and first courses, are truly excessive.

06/12/2025: We had dinner with a friend. The atmosphere was simple and refined, with only one small flaw: the buzz of voices created a bit of echo. I found the staff to be courteous and knowledgeable. The food was in line with the prices; I must say I found the dishes to be of good quality. I would definitely recommend it.
