Delicious gourmet corner inside the Scalo Milano outlet, excellent "Varesino" coffee, exquisite ice creams and endless chocolates....to be missed.

Expensive but very good, in addition to the varied assortment of chocolates, there is a bar that makes various coffees and truly delicious milkshakes.

The ice creams were good but there was very little variety. They only had 8 flavors. Before, other stores at least had all the chocolate flavors.

A classic Lindt store, well-kept and tidy. Friendly and professional staff. High prices.

Oggi alle 20:45 ho avuto il piacere di essere assistito da un ragazzo davvero eccezionale presso lo store Lindt. Fin da subito si è dimostrato accogliente, gentile e molto professionale, qualità sempre più rare da trovare. Stavo cercando un cioccolato particolare e lui non solo ha compreso subito cosa stessi cercando, ma mi ha dato informazioni precise, suggerimenti utili e consigli sinceri che hanno reso l’esperienza d’acquisto ancora più piacevole. Davvero uno dei professionisti migliori che abbiamo incontrato in un punto vendita: attento al cliente, preparato e con un sorriso sincero che fa la differenza. Complimenti davvero, un esempio di come si dovrebbe lavorare a contatto con il pubblico!

From the very beginning, he proved welcoming, kind, and extremely professional—qualities that are increasingly rare to find. I was looking for a particular chocolate, and he not only immediately understood what I was looking for, but also provided me with precise information, helpful suggestions, and sincere advice that made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. He is truly one of the best professionals we've ever encountered in a store: attentive to the customer, knowledgeable, and with a genuine smile that makes all the difference. The chocolate is good, but the hygiene and cleanliness are less so...they serve ice cream with the surface all dirty and dusty...you could see it with the naked eye...I left.

The best employees The nicest people in all Lindt stores! Extraordinarily open, helps you with anything you need, patient with all customers and children. They don't impose prices on them to get low reviews. Congratulations for everything you do! You are wonderful! ❤️❤️❤️

Sono passato in negozio qua a Locate. Sono stato accolto da un ragazzo di nome Mattia. Che dire… è stato davvero super gentile, educatissimo e con un modo di fare che ti mette subito a tuo agio. È raro trovare persone così, che ti accolgono col sorriso e ti aiutano con pazienza e professionalità. Mi ha saputo consigliare benissimo, senza mai essere invadente, anzi: si vede che ci tiene davvero a fare bene il suo lavoro. È uno di quei dipendenti che fanno la differenza, e che ti fanno venire voglia di tornare solo per come ti hanno trattato. Complimenti sinceri a Mattia: bravo, disponibile, attento… davvero il top.
