Lindt Chocolate Shop In Locate di triulzi

I stopped by the shop here in Locate. I was welcomed by a guy named Mattia. What can I say... he was really super kind, very polite and with a way of doing things that immediately puts you at ease. It is rare to find people like that, who welcome you with a smile and help you with patience and professionalism. He was able to advise me very well, without ever being intrusive, on the contrary: you can see that he really cares about doing his job well. He is one of those employees who make a difference, and who make you want to come back just because of how they treated you. Sincere compliments to Mattia: good, helpful, attentive... truly the best. If you pass by there and find it, you are in excellent hands!

Sono passato in negozio qua a Locate. Sono stato accolto da un ragazzo di nome Mattia. Che dire… è stato davvero super gentile, educatissimo e con un modo di fare che ti mette subito a tuo agio. È raro trovare persone così, che ti accolgono col sorriso e ti aiutano con pazienza e professionalità. Mi ha saputo consigliare benissimo, senza mai essere invadente, anzi: si vede che ci tiene davvero a fare bene il suo lavoro. È uno di quei dipendenti che fanno la differenza, e che ti fanno venire voglia di tornare solo per come ti hanno trattato. Complimenti sinceri a Mattia: bravo, disponibile, attento… davvero il top. Se passate da lì e lo trovate, siete in ottime mani!

Contrary to what one would expect, the prices weren't lower than a regular shop in Milan city centre 😕 I bought much cheaper chocolates from a store near Duomo. So no point in coming to the outlet mall.

Purtroppo non è una critica al locale e nemmeno al marchio LINDL perché il caffè e il cioccolato è buonissimo . Devo fare un osservazione alla ragazza che ci ha servito , lunga coda di capelli e capelli sparsi su tutta la maglia e sulle maniche . Siamo al contatto con il pubblico e con il cibo , onestamente è stata una cosa disgustosa , avevo voglia di non bere più il caffè. Penso che un responsabile dovrebbe OBBLIGARE il personale a legarsi i capelli e magari guardarsi un attimo prima di entrare in servizio . Penso che per qualche tempo non entrerò più nel negozio e’ stata davvero una cosa poco igenica.

Yesterday 6-01-25 I went to Lindt Scalo Milan with my partner. I must say nice clean tidy shop. Upon our entry they presented us with a chocolate. We had to buy a gift for a couple of friends.... the store manager Alba followed us in the choice, a kind, helpful, polite person... but above all prepared.

Today, during my usual drink at the chocolate bar, I was joined by two individuals (husband and wife I suppose) who asked for two coffees and immediately after a strictly sparkling glass of water, the girl at the counter replied that sparkling water he only has it in a bottle and, as an act of kindness, he offered him a small glass of tap water. The lady thus began to state phrases that were not at all appropriate to the context, such as "think about 2.20 of coffee and they don't even offer you water, that's disgusting", the girl handed over the glass quickly filled since there were queues at the bar 15 other people, whereupon the husband, somewhat upset, takes the glass and throws it into the sink, addressing the girl in tones that are not even more rude, quoting the exact words: "don't be stupid and pour the water well, girl" to which the girl Yes he addresses another girl who I assume was the person in charge who takes charge of the situation trying to understand, but on the part of the couple there is a wall of arrogance and astonishing rudeness so much so that after 5 minutes of insults they leave shouting at the girls "go to that country befane". The two girls were shocked and tried to carry on with the service despite the gratuitous insults. I hope this review reaches the right people to prevent two good employees from suffering injustice due to two poorly educated and, moreover, lying adults. Not only were they working on a public holiday but they also suffered the wrath of those who were obviously better off staying at home.
