Excellent restaurant in Castelsardo, slightly off the beaten track but much better than those on the main street. The food is quality. The staff is super friendly. They introduced me to the famous Bomba Carta amaro... Go there!

Guided by previous reviews, we headed straight to Imperfetto, where everything was...perfect. Warmly welcomed by Daniela, we chose seafood appetizers and first courses, accompanied by a sublime Vermentino from Tenuta Asinara. Now we'll have a firm foothold in Castelsardo.

In a welcoming and characteristic atmosphere, we had the pleasure of enjoying refined and tasty cuisine. Excellent value for money. Recommended!

It was one of the best meals of our lives! We wanted to try a hidden gem: found this place where they speak just a little English, but are really nice and friendly. They showed us the catch of the day and according to that, we chose “blindly”. The made a fantastic homemade pasta with the catch of a lobster that day. The antipasti was just phenomenal. We were sad that we did not order at least 2 portions of that “poker” Frutti di mare antipasti. As a gift we received also a local shot drink at the end. This place is a must in Castelsardo!

We booked through The Fork during our recent stay in Castelsardo. The experience wasn't the best: we were placed under a dripping air conditioner (we moved the table a half meter), and (though it's a minor issue, it's purely aesthetic) we were given different glasses. However, it was more than made up for by the dinner: the menu wasn't extensive, but all the dishes were top-notch. The fried calamari (I've rarely had such a fried dish) and the tuna steak were noteworthy. The appetizers were excellent, but in my opinion, the sample of four appetizers was the best. As for the first courses, perhaps the only negative was that the pasta was a bit too al dente (we had seafood first courses), although I love it al dente. Overall, for four of us, ordering two dishes each, we came to €153. The portions were VERY generous, but the third course was difficult.

Excellent, from starter to dessert, everything cooked perfectly, very fresh fish and excellent value for money.
