Then, with her plate piled high with mozzarella, she would top it with her unmistakable gesture. A gesture that has remained in the hearts of those lucky enough to watch her work. Today, the baton has been passed to Rosella and Raffaella, who continue to carry on this beautiful tradition with love and simplicity. The shop is still there, on the Tolfa avenue, tiny, but rich in history and flavor. The pizza? Just one, as always: mozzarella. It's not thin, it's not thick: it's unique.
