My experience in this place was fantastic, I don't add the 5 star simply because the food was excellent but not the best in some solutions although it makes up for the fact that they have an immense variety of products and of good quality. Incredible science fiction environment for those who love the truly impeccable saga. Super helpful, friendly and also competent staff. High price for a pub but certainly in line with what is offered so no complaints. To go back again

Truly a place to visit in the true sense of the word in which to immerse yourself and look at all the fantastic details. All the environments created are beautiful and always related to the theme, even the bathroom and the place where you pay the cash register are beautiful, and even nicer the Shop that is outside the entrance, the final gem is the staff who play the context characters of the film in great style. It's like being in a theme park! Beautiful.

This pub is the nicest I've ever seen! In addition to being beautiful aesthetically, given that it is inspired by Harry Potter, it is beautiful also for the staff who are very nice together with the actors and the food which is exquisite. My family and I didn't take anything special, but the sandwiches were still delicious! We got the Lupine, Longbottom and Dobby sandwich! All delicious and accompanied by a glass of chips. I really enjoyed this place and also the outside part and Hagrid's part. It was amazing, I felt right in Harry Potter. Even the stop in the Weasley shop was wonderful as there are things to collect themed from the saga, including Funko Pops, golden snitches and original wands made of wood. We will definitely be back!

We went last night (Saturday) with a reservation and were very happy because there was no confusion or queues for a table. Very charming and welcoming place, Sympathy for the little wizard who involved us all too, But the service is slow but shiveringly slow, Reservation at 10.30pm and we went out at 12.45am to eat a sandwich 🍔 tasteless with toppings, It's only passable once, I won't go back for sure.

Unique real Harry Potter pub experience 🍻

The idea is good: a themed pub, with one of the most successful fantasies of our century, but, like all ideas, it must be well managed, enriched, personalized, otherwise there is a risk of flop! The downside here, unfortunately, is the staff who manage the pub. Not all of them, of course: they are young, perhaps just starting out and with a demanding clientele, made so also by the costs, certainly medium-high which they know they will have to bear, but which must be managed, and in the best possible way. The idea of ​​the three shifts in which to book is good and the environment created is wonderful, even the long table in the center of the room, which recalls the great hall of the castle where teachers and students used to eat. The problem is that, in winter, you can't expect people to be sitting close to the main access door, because they will freeze! Ditto in summer for insects, given that that door is continually kept open for the constant passage of bystanders. Not to mention the smoke and stench you breathe while, perhaps, you are eating. Of course, a lot of it is due to rudeness, but if I point out that you can't sit there, and I ask you to move elsewhere, or to speak to a room manager, it's not ideal to ignore me or talk to me disdainfully, trying to make excuses like "these are the seats assigned to you", especially if there are empty tables in the room! I hate having to raise my voice, unfortunately it was the only way to satisfy us by finally making us move! For the sandwiches, chips and desserts, nothing to complain about: everything was delicious and plentiful, with an excellent presentation of the dish! Maybe the show could have been more attractive if not carried on by a single actor. The interiors are beautiful: the bathroom, Hagrid's room and the train carriage are truly worthy of the film's scenography. The exteriors are left a bit weathered and poorly cared for. It was, all in all, a pleasant evening!

We went to this place because my daughter is passionate about Harry Potter... We appreciated the environment and above all the "little one" had a lot of fun thanks to the entertainment. The little girl ate a hot dog but unfortunately the rest of us had terrible sandwiches; as for mine: definitely the worst I've ever tasted (obviously I didn't even finish it). Really poor quality of food despite the prices. Cover charge at €3 (per person) yet you have to beg for extra napkins. Above all, I find it unacceptable that half an hour after the restaurant opened there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms and, even more seriously, there was no paper to dry your hands. In my opinion the kitchen and services are absolutely not up to the level of the environment and entertainment.
