Ligure Blue Restaurant In Alassio

Exclusive seaside hotel with a restaurant open to the public, extremely well-maintained and where the food is sublime. I recommend the fresh raw fish and the entire menu, where every dish is served with extreme care by the very professional and friendly staff.

The trip with Murer-Reisen left nothing to be desired. The reception at the hotel (luggage transfer to the room, staff, reception, and the reverse on the day of departure: everything as you would expect from a four-star hotel) was perfect. Every question and every request was answered in a friendly manner. The waiters in the dining room were very courteous and friendly, as were the room staff. The cleanliness left nothing to be desired. The kitchen deserves a big round of applause. Alassio is worth seeing. It will be a pleasure for us to return there again and enjoy some days of relaxation. Thanks to everyone involved.

The strong point of this hotel is the staff, from reception, in the dining room, at the bar, to the room staff, I found professionalism and courtesy and that is rare nowadays.

A UNIQUE experience, there aren't enough words to describe how EVERYTHING this hotel is. If you're looking for a place where you can feel literally PAMPERED, the Hotel Ligure is that place. Right across from the Alassio pier, it has an EXCELLENT restaurant, highly qualified staff, an exemplary structure, and a truly relaxing spa. A pearl on the western seafront.

This year too, my husband, I, and our dog Sissi had a wonderful time! The Hotel Ligure confirms itself as an excellent facility, not just the location, rooms, and restaurant... The staff, especially the owner Roberta's staff, is impeccable! From the reception - very nice employees! - to the restaurant: very kind meters and waiters! The cleaning staff are very attentive and respectful... I highly recommend it! 🤩
