17/07/2025: The staff were friendly, but the atmosphere was very basic. The good thing was the value for money: €25 for two first courses (gricia), water, service charge, coffee, and two panzanella appetizers. Otherwise, the gricia wasn't great. There wasn't the classic creamy sauce made with pecorino cheese. I wouldn't go back.

15/07/2025: A typical Roman restaurant where we were warmly welcomed by the owner, despite the fact that we were obviously tourists passing through and the restaurant was quite busy. While we waited, he served us a glass of wine and delicious fried zucchini flowers! The carbonara and cacio e pepe were excellent—be careful! Creamed in a pecorino cheese wheel 🤩—as were the tiramisu and the ricotta and chocolate tart. We didn't try the main courses, but we did try the Amaro Romano. All highly recommended. Worth a stop if you're in the area.
