The pizza was very good, and I wanted to highlight the exceptional takeout service. The delivery guy, Davide, was incredibly fast and friendly, and even helped me fix my jammed lawnmower, as he's a brilliant mechanical engineering student (from what he told me). I'll definitely be ordering again.

The pizza is truly delicious, with a fragrant dough and quality ingredients. Deliveries are always on time, even at peak times; I ordered on a Sunday evening! The food arrives hot and well-packaged. The service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend trying their pizzas! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good evening, I ordered pizzas from Lievito Madre again this evening. I have to say they're excellent, well-topped and crispy. I also ordered the supplì... Delicious. The pizza was delivered right on time via Just Eat... As always! I recommend this pizza to everyone!

13/10/2025: A very positive experience at this trattoria, where the food and friendliness reign supreme. The amatriciana pasta was superb, and the wild boar pappardelle were also fantastic. The portions were generous...I highly recommend it. Mr. Walter was a very kind and pleasant person. I hope to return to the area soon to eat here again. A big hug from all the Palermo customers to all the staff.
20/07/2025: It is now an obligatory stop on our travels. Welcoming staff and spectacular food.
