After so many bars and pastry shops, finally someone makes custard properly, with vanilla pods and a hint of lemon.
Cute place, although a bit too industrial for me (I think it's more suited to a pub/brewery), but still clean and tidy.
The pastry we chose was excellent, a hybrid between a bombolone and a fried cannoli. The dough was incredibly soft and the cream was perfect.
The only downside is perhaps the price; €10 for breakfast is a bit steep:
€3.50 for the pastries
€1.50 for the coffee
I'll definitely be back to try the classic pastries, which looked beautiful.

A sure thing!
Alessandro Battazza is one of Italy's best pastry chefs, with an artisanal flair and expert baking skills.
The format has character, and while modern, it exudes craftsmanship.
A splendid example of contemporary fine baking.
And don't forget to try the dishes offered during your lunch break!

I went there because I wanted a coffee. Despite the stain, it was still a real piece of junk, a piece of crap that, after the first sip, I left it in the cup. I asked the bartender what brand of coffee they had and he told me DiEmme. The furniture is reduced to the essentials. Presence of an oven in the back. Presence of pizzas, cakes, pastries, etc... Bathroom with functional toilet and seat.
Known thanks to the show on pastry shops, I must say that they are very good. The puff pastry dessert filled with ricotta cream is one of the best things I have ever eaten. Service not the friendliest, but still worth it for the quality and goodness of the products.

Bakery, pastry shop and bistro for lunch, with its own leavened products production, adjacent to the Riccione sports centre.
Futuristic location, very Urban style, concrete, glass, copper, with indoor and outdoor seating.
Very inviting looking pastries, cakes and breads at the counter.
I always taste the pastas on time and I must say that they are among the best I have ever tasted.
Even the coffee, strangely not Pascucci, is very good.
Account above average, but quality, research and location have a price.
For lovers of goodness...and beauty.
