A beautiful location with a view of the Schlern. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and plentiful. It was a lovely, short vacation. We would love to come back. Many thanks to the Karbon family.

We just left after three days and we already miss it. The peace and tranquility that place exudes is indescribable. The facilities are 10/10, and the owners are 20/10. Very humble and friendly people who make you feel at home, even though we couldn't understand each other well due to the language. Thank you for these three days.

25/06/2025: We had a pleasant stay at the hotel in Bozen. The owners were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, situated right in the heart of the city, with the city center just a short walk away. The rooms are simple but very clean and well-maintained. While the hotel isn't the most modern, it is clearly cared for with pride and attention to detail. Breakfast was also simple but fresh and satisfying—just right to start the day. Our room even featured a small balcony, which was a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet moment. Although there is no air conditioning, the provided fan kept us relatively comfortable at night. The hotel is located in a lively and diverse neighborhood that has its own unique flair and energy. Overall, it is a bit pricey, but that's common in all of Bozen.
08/06/2025: Clean, comfortable, acceptable, wish I had more budget for a better place but it’s still good. The gentleman manning the hotel is very nice, polite and understanding.
