This has been a constant summer destination for me for many years, offering wonderful dinners with friends. The dishes are many and delicious: from pizza to aperitifs, "I love the crudités" (the price reflects the quality of the fresh fish dishes), with flavors and aromas that blend beautifully among the rugged coastline. The breathtaking sunsets and beautiful sea are truly enchanting.

Very nice place. We were at both the restaurant and the beach. The food was good, and the appetizers were excellent. The lobster entree wasn't exactly great. Although it was cooked and tasted good, the fish was crumbly; I think the inside was overcooked. The prices weren't exactly cheap, even a sun lounger in the last row was €25. But the place is worth it!

The only beach with more services in the area... it costs 5 euros more but it gives you parking and also showers and changing rooms and if you want you can also have lunch à la carte or with pieces of restaurant food.

A beautiful and evocative location with a fairytale sunset over the Scoglio della Regina... The waiters were extremely kind and professional, ready to make you feel at ease... The bathroom was super clean... We ordered three fried foods, a gourmet pizza, three desserts, two Cokes, a large beer, and two coffees, spending €30 each... Excellent fried foods with fresh fish, and an original gourmet pizza, a good combination of flavors that blended beautifully—walnut and gorgonzola cream—and excellent dough. The desserts and parfaits were excellent and beautifully presented on the plate... Five stars overall, congratulations...

Spectacular and meticulously maintained location, with a breathtaking view of the Scoglio della Regina di Guardia. The staff was impeccable, friendly, and attentive: our orders were taken promptly and we were greeted with a delicious, warm white focaccia. The wait for the main courses was very short: everything was cooked to perfection. You can clearly taste the passion and work behind every fresh, high-quality dish. The price is absolutely in line with the quality offered. An experience worth repeating.

The seafront restaurant and the professional friendliness make Lido Sara my favorite restaurant. Tonight I tried the wood-fired pizza, which was really good and deserved five stars.

11/10/2023: Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante un pò alla cieca e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Le porzioni sono veramente generose, in particolare gli antipasti. Abbiamo preso un saute" di cozze e vongole ed un'insalata di mare. Quest'ultima molto "casareccia", magari poco varia come tipologia di pesce, ma ben preparata. Poi due primi, ricchi di condimento (frutti di mare e vongole) e ben preparati. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che ci abbiano chiesto di pazientare per avere il primo, dato che le vongole si erano rivelate un pò sabbiose ed abbiano deciso di rifare il piatto. Buono il prosecco ad un costo più che vantaggioso, 16€ la bottiglia. Segnalo l'acqua: una bottiglia di Ferrarelle solo 2 €. Servizio educato e presente. Ambiente molto carino. Complessivamente soddisfatti.
19/08/2023: Ho provato questo ristorante dopo aver provato diversi ristoranti di Sperlonga, qui ho trovato personale molto gentile e competente, porzioni di quantità buona e quantità ottima, prezzi nella media di Sperlonga lo consiglio a tutti

26/08/2023: Location molto romantica a metà della scala dell’amore; nel verde. Camerieri molto giovani e forse un po’ inesperti ma molto, molto gentili e attenti Pietanze buone, ben curate nella presentazione Prezzi onesti Consigliato
20/08/2023: In vacanza con amici l’ultimo giorno prima di ripartire abbiamo deciso di pranzare in questo ristorante attratti dalle recensioni positive. Il ristorante si trova nel centro della vecchia Vieste in fondo alla scalinata dell’amore. Arrivati siamo stati accolti dal cameriere che ci ha fatti accomodare e ci ha illustrato i piatti. Abbiamo deciso di prendere dei primi e delle ostriche a seguire. Ottima qualità degli ingredienti ed ottima presentazione dei piatti. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti. I tagliolini senatore cappelli al nero di seppia con bottarga di muggine e lime erano veramente squisiti come tutti gli altri piatti che abbiamo preso. Se siete in zona lo consiglio vivamente.
