After a memorable birthday dinner on the beach I come back here after years to visit work colleagues and I rediscover the same Argentinean vibes, with the same always available managers (Alessia first and foremost), the same fish menu (today a varied seafood appetizer and gnocchi with fish sauce that I honored with plenty of mopping up), the same isolated beach with umbrellas spaced apart and not piled up like those in Pescara, the same very welcome parking in the shade of the pine trees. Well, to bring up the excellent Juares, it is necessary to repeat that "tradition does not consist in preserving ashes but in keeping a flame alive".
