We were there last night. Too bad... beautiful location but the service needs improvement. They got the order wrong after a long wait. The sliced ​​meat was decent... a little warm. The pizzas... acceptable but nothing special. The salmon pizza was tasteless. At a certain point a waiter arrives with a dish, we asked what dish it was... but he didn't even know how to answer. He went back to the kitchen to ask. In short, in my opinion they need to organize better. Too bad because the location is worth it.

The beach is beautiful, but overpriced.. €35 for an umbrella and a sunbed (you can't bring your own). The sea is pleasantly warm, but with algae and a mess. If you want to shower, you have to throw 50 cents into the machine by the shower to get the water for about 30 seconds. You won't enjoy the sunset there, because they close around 7 pm and they kick you out

I called to book both the ticket office and the Management but no one ever answered. They later informed me to book online ... but I had not read this information anywhere when I searched on Google. On Sundays it is perhaps advisable not to go. When I arrived at the ticket office they told me that there were no umbrellas available but, they kindly made us sit at the Restaurant where we had lunch for 2 for a total of €98 without wine. Very Fresh Raw Seafood Tray with huge Scampi, Red Prawns and a couple of Oysters. Second Tray of Grilled Fish also cooked well, with 2 Octopus tentacles, Cuttlefish and Dentex very good ... but not the Swordfish. After lunch after 2:00 pm, before paying the bill, and after the incessant help of a kind manager who pushed to find us a free umbrella ... at the ticket office they finally told me that one in the front row had become free. Coming from Torre dell'Orso I asked for a half day reduction that in that place you can get after 2:00 pm ... not here ... only after 3:00 pm. I therefore paid €45 for a beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds. After taking the beach umbrella, I went to pay the bill, 10 minutes to find the waiter free who told me that they do not have the POS and to go to the cashier to pay. After 20 minutes of queuing I finally paid. I finally got to the beach umbrella (obviously not my fault at 2:45 pm). The sea water ... clearly ... to forget. Dirty ... as well as the sand that at that price should be free of fruit stones, plastic etc.

The lido makes me feel at home, I find the friendships that I have developed in these years that I have come here😁. The structure has qualified staff and is very attentive and for every request they are ready to find solutions of any kind. The management is always present and never leaves anything to chance. Feeling good here is priceless. The lido trampolino will always be in my heart ❤️
