Lido Garibaldi In

Popped in when we were walking in the area. Such a beautiful place. Everything set up with pride. We had drinks and ice cream only. Friendly service. Sadly we are staying too far away to go back for dinner. I wish them well.

Very pretty location with good food! Staff was attentive and kind, they even offer an English menu. Only thing to "complain" about was the price performance - the dishes were relatively small and simple for what you had to pay in return. (Simple plate of squid ink spaghetti for 22 with nothing else, lobster tagliatelle (half a small red lobster, a handful of tagliatelle) for the same price)

Very nice restaurant right on the beach. The food is very tasty! The spaghetti in squid ink is highly recommended! The staff is also very friendly and creates a great atmosphere. Thank you for the wonderful time with you, we would love to come back!

Enchanted location: surrounded by the green of nature and the blue of the sea. Superlative food. Impeccable staff. A happy place, for me.

Il ristorante Lido Garibaldi offre un’esperienza gastronomica interessante, ma non priva di dettagli da perfezionare. L’antipasto, ricco e variegato nei sapori, ha soddisfatto, sebbene l’uso ripetitivo e talvolta ridondante del purè di patate abbia appesantito l’insieme. Tra i primi piatti, le linguine all’aragosta si sono distinte per equilibrio e gusto, mentre le linguine al nero di seppia erano leggermente troppo sapide. Il risotto agli agrumi, dolce e vellutato, ha regalato una piacevole delicatezza al palato. Passando ai secondi, eccellente il gambero rosso di Mazara, mentre il calamaro, nonostante il potenziale, era indietro nella cottura e nuovamente eccessivamente salato. Il parfait di mandorla, buono nel sapore, avrebbe beneficiato di qualche minuto in più fuori dal freezer per esprimere al meglio la sua consistenza. Tuttavia, ciò che incide significativamente sull’esperienza complessiva è il servizio, non all’altezza delle aspettative. Camerieri poco presenti al tavolo, tempi di attesa lunghi – con un primo richiesto in aggiunta servito dopo oltre 40 minuti – e un atteggiamento che talvolta è parso svogliato, hanno influito negativamente sull’impressione generale. In sintesi, Lido Garibaldi offre una cucina interessante ma non impeccabile, con un servizio che necessita di maggiore attenzione per raggiungere i livelli di eccellenza desiderati.
