Lido California In Castel volturno

The place is beautiful but the organization is less so in my experience.. we entered by paying what we had to.. we remained standing for like half an hour under the sun waiting for some sunbeds to become free. I go to the owner who tells me to speak to the lifeguards who in turn tell me that we have to wait since they couldn't do anything. My question is, why still let people in if the beach is full?!. End of story they find us the sunbeds after half an hour and the lifeguard also asks us for an extra amount of money for having found the sunbeds. Obviously we didn't give anything after the wait, the lifeguard responds by saying that next time he won't even get up from the chair. 🙊

All in all, a nice and organized beach. Quality products served but a little expensive. Not very efficient service (two hours after placing the order and only after multiple reminders what was requested finally arrived). Clean and tidy for the rest but the sea oh my unwatchable what a shame. However, I recommend it to spend a day in Ischitella.

Very clean and well-kept equipped beach, with a bar area and restaurant set up in a pleasant and beautiful way. Unfortunately the prices for entry, sunbeds and umbrellas have skyrocketed and for me personally, who only stay on the beach for a few hours in the morning, more or less 3, it is unthinkable to pay the same rate as those who use it for the whole day , it is not a question of having a higher rate than the other neighboring establishments since it is more or less in line with the same ones, it is a question of finding personalized solutions that make the difference, such as the one they themselves offer by reserving a central part only for the sunbeds. However, the people who frequent the lido are very polite and civil, you hear few strange noises and shouts, so it is a young and relaxed environment. I definitely recommend but for me it's okay but not great.

Well looked after Lido, very well organised, nothing to say about the structure and cleanliness... the weekend is very crowded... when I want to feel more relaxed I go there during the week... oh the coffee hosted by Azzurra is excellent

Very nice lido, welcoming, truly relaxing atmosphere, definitely looked after! Restaurant to avoid, expensive in terms of prices compared to what the menu offers!! Not everything on the menu is available... disappointed! Portions to review
