As they say, it's a cathedral in the desert, but I assure you it will be a very pleasant surprise. I've been there twice since I was invited for a business lunch, and I've been back with my wife. The dishes are top-notch. The cuisine is top-notch. The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and professional. The à la carte menu features ONLY daily specials, ensuring the freshness of the ingredients. I highly recommend it.

28/04/2026: I stayed in this splendid place for the weekend of April 25th. Wonderful. My family and I stayed there, along with other friends, savoring the taste of authenticity in the cuisine of simply exquisite goodness... excellent from dinner to breakfast to lunch... super abundant. The rooms were impeccably clean, the sheets and towels were very white and fragrant. A wonderful thank you goes as always to Mrs. Giovanna who, as always, welcomes us with her elegance and makes us feel like VIPs.
