Positano, Southern Italy: A Restaurant with a View Li Galli Bistrot Honestly, the walk up from the beach is a bit tiring. It's a sweaty 20-minute climb, isn't it? But the incredible view awaits you, making you forget all about the hardship! The entire town of Positano unfolds beneath your feet, and it's truly jaw-dropping. It's immediately clear why it's called the ultimate photo spot! This place is so popular with Koreans that the restaurant even has a Korean flag hanging! The owner was incredibly friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. I had the vongole and grilled beef, and the food wasn't anything particularly special. But! Eating it with this breathtaking view already felt like a top-tier course meal. I was so happy the whole time I was eating that I couldn't stop exclaiming. The view is so amazing that I highly, unconditionally recommend it! If you want to take lots of beautiful photos, this place is not an option, it's a must.

Nice view. Just pick here because of the view. The food is not bad and the price is reasonable. The wine is not cold enough.

It's delicious. I happened to stop by on my way to catch the city bus because it smelled good, and it was delicious. It's not like it's the best restaurant in the world, but the other restaurants I've tried haven't quite caught my eye, so I think this one was the best. It was the most delicious meal I've had in Positano. The steak was delicious, and I ordered seafood pasta, which was a shame it wasn't spaghetti, but the seafood and sauce were delicious. The view is also good. The staff is just okay, but the owner is friendly.

The view was amazing. The food was delicious and I'm glad I had lunch here. It was 25€ each. I guess it's worth it considering the location.

What a great stop off for lunch with an amazing view during our visit to Positano. We decided to sit down on a free table as we were walking past looking for a place to grab some lunch. Really quick and friendly service, nothing is a bother to them. We chose the Chicken Caesar Salad and a bottle of wine which were delicious. I guess we enjoyed our table so much that we decided to hang around there and ordered quite a few Aperol/Campari Spritz to wash it all down! It did then rain for a little while so we were forced to stay even longer 😂

Amazing food and views! We walked in sorta late because we had left a different restaurant for the prices. But they gladly sat us along the railing and got an amazing sunset view of the harbor and sea. The food was delicious. The presentations were beautiful and the seafood and pastas were cooked perfectly. The owner was out there working and welcoming patrons to the restaurant and was nice to see the family running the show. Highly recommend for views and food! Grazie mille!

Did not have a reservation, went to Bruno first and they were completely booked. Walked to Li Galli and noticed a couple of empty tables. I went inside to talk to a server and the first one that i talked to, told me that there is no food until 6:30 pm (at the time it was 5:30 pm). I asked him if we could sit down and order some drinks until food was ready to be served, he did not understand me, BUT a nice gentleman named Ciro jumped in and took over, we stayed there for about 2 hours, Ciro was amazing, always with a smile, we had a bottle of the Tramonti Rose (from Amalfi). To start, the Caprese salad and a mixture of mussels, clams and octopus. Second plates were the special of the day, octopus and sea bas on a bed of pasta with a lemon sauce. To me, everything was incredible, starting with Ciro's service, the view was amazing, we had the privilege to watch the sunset, the food was awesome, the wine was good. If I ever come back to Positano, I will eat here 100%.

Hotel Atlantic Restaurant

13/09/2025: Excellent hotel. Friendly owners and very pleasant people. Super relaxing atmosphere and a fantastic garden with a pool. Excellent restaurant with a wide selection of food and drinks. Highly recommended.
07/09/2025: You arrive and can park your car and not move it for the whole week... near the center there are bicycles to get around if you don't want to go for walks, there's a very beautiful harbor for strolls during the day and in the evening... The hotel offers everything. You arrive in a very welcoming place, the owners are very willing to accommodate their guests. Rooms include a standard size for two and the others for five people: a double bed on the first floor and a three-bed room on the second floor in a mezzanine. Everything is very well-kept and clean. Then we move on to the restaurant by the pool, which is large and beautiful, surrounded by greenery. There's plenty of space and a bar, a whirlpool, a pool table, table football, and shaded loungers. From there you can access the beach, which is connected to another bathroom. There's another pool with beach huts, a bar, and games for small and older children... the beach is well-equipped... The food at the restaurant is good, they're quick and very friendly here too. We personally had a great time, as did my in-laws, who stayed two weeks in July and two in September. Then, as I always say, I recommend it, but everyone can have different opinions. The only downside is a few mosquitoes, but that's fine, there's a lot of greenery.
