Excellent craft brewery with truly high-quality beers and cuisine. Fast and friendly service, a pleasant place to spend a fun evening, even with excellent live music. Highly recommended!

The place is simple, but tidy and clean, and I'd say perfectly suited to its main focus: BEER! Francesco, the producer and owner, explains in great detail what he makes and sells, demonstrating great knowledge of the product, but above all, great passion! No problems with headaches the next day even if you exceed certain quantities! 😜 Plus, the food, various burgers, shanks, etc., with a menu that changes monthly, is made with care and attention! I'd say it's a place worth trying, you'll definitely be back!! 😉

Do you like craft beer? No? Well, you'll definitely like it there. Among the beers, IPAs, APAs, and all the others, you'll have a choice of the best and sometimes unique (depending on the season) craft beers you can find. Not to mention the cuisine: rustic yet delicious, with monthly specials that are always top-notch and never predictable. Anyone who wants to try a brewery and worthy cuisine should try Cesco in Castel d'Ario... and don't forget the fried sage.

I went there on purpose to Francesco, I found a nice place very clean and well-kept, we tasted the hamburgers, the fried sage and the ribs, and of course the craft beer, all very good. I will definitely return, maybe on a Friday so I can listen to some good music.

06/11/2025: I ate here for a birthday. The space is large, with rooms that accommodate many customers, which means the noise level is above average, especially when there are groups of children and teenagers who are barely supervised. The service is confusing; the waiters serve each pizza with its own name without informing the customer whether the pizzas have different toppings or not. This caused confusion in our case, because identical pizzas with added or removed toppings were delivered to people who hadn't requested them. The pizzas aren't exceptional, but the price is reasonable for the food and service.
