Fresh and tasty products. Truly excellent fried foods and gluten-free pizza. Welcoming and friendly staff. Lots of care and passion in the production of the products and the management of the restaurant.

Best gluten-free I've ever tried, also because I've never found these trios of Cacio & Pepe-Amatriciana-Carbonara pasta frittatas... Sandwich with very light and well-filled pizza dough... excellent!!

03/08/2025: Couple's Dinner. This restaurant offers a very interesting menu, making you want to try everything! If you stop by, you can't miss the Wagyu Sfilacciata, which is simply fantastic. The meat, the Grigio Alpina Tagliata, was also a wonderful discovery. There was a small hiccup with the cooking, but the attentive and knowledgeable staff quickly fixed it. Overall, an excellent place for the quality of the food and the staff. Gaeta is a seafood town, but apparently they don't mess around with their meat either! Keep up the good work!!!
