Excellent, high-quality dishes, friendly and helpful staff. I ordered spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and mussels, a simple yet amazing dish. Skill shines through when a recipe is simple and minimal. The pizzas are also excellent, both gluten-free and gluten-free.

The euro, what can I say, is a guarantee of non-contamination and the best gluten-free pizza in Lazio is well known, they do not use gluten-containing flours.

One of the best pizzas ever: light, easy to digest, flavorful, and large. The prices are fair for such a good pizza, but a little less for drinks and a cover charge. They're too expensive! €2.50 cover charge per person, and €3 for a 750ml water. The Sicilian cannoli dessert is also delicious. Highly recommended. A pizza, a dessert that not everyone ordered, and drinks (5 water, 2 Cokes, and 1 glass of beer) cost us €22 per person. I repeat, it was good for what we ate, but less so for what we drank. Also because some people spent €22 but only ate a Margherita pizza and drank water. A piece of advice: either lower the cover charge or lower the drinks.

The restaurant is pleasant and welcoming. The pizzas are very good, thin but not too thin. Upon request, they prepare gluten-free and lactose-free pizzas (or even both). This option makes it an excellent choice for those with food intolerances or celiac disease. I must say that the gluten-free pizzas—often terrible in some restaurants—are excellent, and you can order all kinds. They are absolutely on par with traditional ones, even in flavor. The meat is excellent, and the side dishes are delicious. The staff is professional and friendly, always available. The prices are reasonable, especially considering what they offer, with the flexibility to accommodate those with special dietary needs. I recommend it.
