We had dinner at this pizzeria, which we discovered by chance. The place is welcoming, and the owners are truly kind and friendly, a skill that's hard to find these days... the food is high-quality, and the dough is truly delicious. Authentic Neapolitan pizza is truly superb! The professionalism and hospitality are top marks.

Era della Pizza's special doughs make it even more delicious; in my opinion, along with many of my friends', it's one of the best pizzas in Sassari. Matteo always welcomes us with a big smile and a friendly attitude, and offers tips for enjoying his pizza at home. You can also eat inside, which, though small, is cozy and has a family-like feel. There's even a device that emits an advertising hologram, but almost no one knows what it is yet! Go take a look and choose one of Era della Pizza's delicious special doughs!

A discovery in Sassari. On the recommendation of a dear friend, we went to try Matteo's pizzas, the King of Pizza. The welcome is superb, with kindness and friendliness. The owner (Matteo) is incredibly friendly and kind, as is his wife and all the staff. They have a wide variety of pizzas, from classic to sophisticated, yet equally delicious, gourmet pizzas. Being used to Roman-style pizza, we thought we wouldn't find the consistency we're used to, but instead, we enjoyed some truly excellent pizzas. Balanced, they don't leave you thirsty all night, but above all, they're neither heavy nor indigestible, a sign that the leavening is done expertly and without rushing. The flour is carefully selected and doesn't come out raw on the crust, thanks to a rotating wood-fired oven. The products are fresh and strictly local, and 100% Sardinian. You can enjoy pizzas to-go in the classic box, take-out, or eat right at the counter inside the restaurant. Matteo serves the pizzas himself, with warmth and love for his work. Prices are fair and in line with the market. I'll definitely be back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
