The food was delicious, good portions. I had the lobster pasta, which was fab, both in taste and presentation. My vegetarian jugs and had mushroom pasta and enjoyed it too. Crème brûlée and raspberry desert was fantastic too. Luckily we have read the previous reviews though, as they have quite deceitful pricing practices. They tried to trick us into paying for started we have not ordered. As in the other reviews there was a spread of staters we have not ordered on the table when we arrived. Luckily we knew to ask them to remove it and avoided the €20 per person surprise fee at the end. We also made sure we did not order anything that we did not see the price of, so no made up costs were added to our bill. Other than that, the food was superb and the service great, so as long as you are careful you can really enjoy the meal here. But we were very happy to have been warned as they did try to trick us too!

What a wonderful, lovely meal. We didn’t know what to expect from this small cozy restaurant, but we’re overwhelmed by its charm and its staff and owners kindness. A little perplexed by my wife’s vegan requirements, they quickly prepared everything they could think of that would make her happy. Guacamole or an extra salad — they were really thoughtful.
The Sardinian antipasto spread, spread across the table — was awaiting us when we arrived — and was replenished several times before dinner.
We had the tagliatelle and mushrooms — and the Filet in Red wine reduction. Yum.
The desserts though deserve a special mention. My Tangerine Sorbert with Prosecco was like nothing I’d ever had — and the berry meringue (and vanilla ice cream) was ALSO like I’d ever had. Both were reason enough to come here — really cool and I’d have had them for breakfast again today if I could!
Finally, both Leone (from Sardinia) and Anna (from Mexico) were ever present and just so warm to us, along with very attentive and waitstaff as well. For those who couldn’t speak English to us — they worked so hard to communicate anyway.
The whole meal was priceless and I gave our hotel concierge a hug for the recommendation when we returned. :-)
