I came here for the first time 14 years ago, and every visit to Fermo.reconfirms.a good address!

We happened upon this place while looking for a restaurant for dinner. Since we didn't find a menu in front of the house, we asked with our poor knowledge of Italian whether you could eat here? The nice boss then explained to us in great detail and in a friendly manner, but we only partially understood what she was saying, but said that there were probably just antipasti that were freshly prepared every day. We liked that and so we sat on the cozy terrace with a great view over the piazza. What then followed was a fireworks display of Italian cuisine. Course after course followed, each better than the other. I was happy to accept the excellent wine recommendations that went perfectly with the courses. After 7 courses it was over and we were completely overwhelmed by what we experienced here and what was conjured up on the table in front of us. For us, the Enoteca is THE recommendation. After dinner I bought two bottles of the wine. When we paid we finally checked that we had enjoyed the menu degustazione. Price/performance is absolutely amazing with this quality. In Switzerland you would easily pay five times as much for a noble Italian restaurant. Thank you very much for this surprise that we were able to experience here. Service top, cuisine above average and the atmosphere wonderfully relaxed and relaxed. We visited the Enoteca at the end of September 2023.

We are thrilled and can only warmly recommend the Bar à Vin! We actually just wanted to have an aperitif and ended up staying for dinner - luckily! The service was very friendly and recommended fantastic wine, the atmosphere was very friendly and the food was incredibly fine, fresh and surprisingly creative. In addition, there were always vegetarian alternatives that were very easy. The crowning finale was the Zuppa Inglese: simply divine! Many thanks to the chef and the waiter for the hospitality and the enjoyable evening, we would be happy to come back!

A really nice place, where all the furnishings create a nice atmosphere. For dinner, you can choose between typical cold cuts and cheese platters or hot dishes. Polite and professional staff. The dishes consist of simple proposals, but are prepared with care in the choice of ingredients. I wouldn't say it's exceptional cuisine, overall a satisfying experience. All enjoyed at a leisurely pace, slowly taking time to savour each dish and each glass, enjoying a wonderful dinner with dear friends.

You enter the wine shop and you immediately notice the passion, the experience, the patience of those who work there, the care in enhancing an essential and spartan space so much so as to make it welcoming enough to make you not want to leave. The innkeeper Peppe Rossi is the emblem of hospitality right from his physical appearance with his impressive joviality. The cooperating wife is a kind and hardworking bee. When you sit at the table, comfortable chairs, beautiful tables, it is a crackling of jewel dishes, washed down by wines that are never banal or predictable. At the end, a dessert, a moscato or a raisin wine closes a pleasure that you wouldn't want to end.

Un locale delizioso, splendidamente affollato di oggetti d'arredo che fanno una bella atmosfera. Personale gentilissimo. A pranzo, la scelta è tra tagliere di salumi tipici e formaggi o un menù degustazione. Il menù è ben calibrato, perché le 4 portate hanno porzioni contenute, ma sufficienti a saziare. Composto da proposte semplici, ma realizzate con cura nella scelta delle materie prime. Non una cucina eccezionale, ma, nel complesso, una esperienza molto soddisfacente, sotto tutti i punti di vista.
