Really nice place....very good food...very kind owner and same waiters Must try!!!

We are thrilled and can only warmly recommend the Bar à Vin! We actually just wanted to have an aperitif and ended up staying for dinner - luckily! The service was very friendly and recommended fantastic wine, the atmosphere was very friendly and the food was incredibly fine, fresh and surprisingly creative. In addition, there were always vegetarian alternatives that were very easy. The crowning finale was the Zuppa Inglese: simply divine! Many thanks to the chef and the waiter for the hospitality and the enjoyable evening, we would be happy to come back!

You enter the wine shop and you immediately notice the passion, the experience, the patience of those who work there, the care in enhancing an essential and spartan space so much so as to make it welcoming enough to make you not want to leave. The innkeeper Peppe Rossi is the emblem of hospitality right from his physical appearance with his impressive joviality. The cooperating wife is a kind and hardworking bee. When you sit at the table, comfortable chairs, beautiful tables, it is a crackling of jewel dishes, washed down by wines that are never banal or predictable. At the end, a dessert, a moscato or a raisin wine closes a pleasure that you wouldn't want to end.

Yesterday, we had an excellent (fixed menu) lunch at Enoteca Bar a Vino di Rossi Giuseppe. The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional and welcoming. They served us a delicious fresh vegetable and bread salad, scrumptious thin ham, yummy roasted chicken thighs, and the perfect, light, thin pasta, white lasagne. And, of course, an excellent local red wine that was suggested by our server/hostess.

"In the magical setting of the square of Fermo. This place inside a historic building on the corner of the square; is expressed with a current and contemporary designer with a vintage touch that goes well with the passage of time. Today this type of premises: a bistro. The menu isn't there. We eat the land proposal for the day, which includes some appetizers and a first course. The dishes are tastings. Ideal if you want to eat something tasty and lively and leave the table feeling light. The kindness and professionalism of the lady and the chef owner allow you to live an experience in perfect harmony with a moment of relaxation and refreshment that the table presents. The background is condensed with 60s music that varies between jazz, soul and lounge. To underline the very high quality of the raw material. Congratulations to the chef who knows how to create very good dishes in perfect harmony with each other. The menu began with a unique soft courgette pie. To then taste some typical local raw ham raised as in the 'once upon a time': top marks. The breaded chicken with garden vegetables was delicious. And finally concluded that a lasagna with pumpkin melted in seasoned pecorino: Special! An ideal place if you want to taste a different typical local wine with each dish. Compliments!!!"

It is always a great pleasure to taste the dishes prepared by Peppe, with impeccable service, in the incredible setting of Piazza di Fermo on a breezy summer night. Well done everyone and especially our guest!

Excellent wine shop Tranquility and courtesy and good value for money

Great wines and very friendly staff. We came here just for a glass of wine. They recommended some ham and cheese with it, that was excellent.
