Now I understand why they always have a line outside. Yesterday I bought a panettone from them. The place is quite small, but very well-kept. The staff are incredibly kind. I called to inquire about their panettone, and they were clear and precise. I also discovered that they haven't raised their prices like all their competitors. I also asked a few questions in-store, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. Panettone? I'll eat it at Christmas, but their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail are already signs of excellent quality for me. So far, the customer experience has been excellent! EDIT: The panettone didn't live up to expectations. It may have been a coincidence, but I'm still giving it a 4-star rating.
