The graffa croissant is spectacular, soft and plentiful, freshly made and rich in cream. I believe "L'EDEN" is one of the very few places left where you can still enjoy an excellent croissant. Not to mention the Ischitano, which in my opinion is superb. Nowadays, there are only inedible things around: heavy dough, or, in Neapolitan dialect, gnommosi. My hope is that they don't change too.
