If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would have, because they are well deserved. First of all, for the friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism of the owner and all his staff; then for the quality and variety of the food; and finally, to top it all off, the truly balanced and fair bill. We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, near the accommodation we were staying in, and never left. Unfortunately, we only stayed for two days, but that was ultimately a stroke of luck; otherwise, we would all have ended up obese. A special mention goes to the braised meats accompanied by truly delicious polenta, and to the typical Piacenza first courses. These dishes I dream about even at night when I get home; everything was truly delicious, and then (I repeat) the bill was incredibly fair. If I ever get back to that area, even if I have to extend my trip, I will definitely stop at the "Tre Ganasce."

Welcoming and well-maintained place. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. They offered a platter of mixed cured meats accompanied by a glass of wine. Much appreciated, especially since it rarely happens. The menu offers many excellent quality options. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Excellent portions, everything was really good. We were offered a glass of wine and a mixed platter to welcome us, a much-appreciated gesture. Price was in line with what we ate: 2 starters, 2 main courses, water, wine, 2 desserts = 90 euros.

Visitato il locale il giorno di Pasqua, ma nonostante questo l'organizzazione era perfetta su tutti i fronti. Personale veloce e gentilissimo. Piatti tipici della cucina piacentina serviti in porzioni più che abbondanti a prezzi adeguati. All'arrivo viene servito calice di bollicine con pre antipasto a base di polentina, insalata di ceci, gras pist, cipolline in agrodolce e crostino di pane con salsa. A seguire salumi misti. Noi abbiamo poi optato per assaggi vari di tortelli alle ortiche, tortelli di zucca, tortelli piacentini e pisarei e fasò come prime portate. Le seconde invece picula di cavallo, brasato di manzo, guancialini brasati di manzo e stinchetto di maiale al forno. Come dolce strudel di mele, sorbetto alla mela verde e calvados e tiramisu. Tutto davvero molto buono, unica pecca purtroppo i salumi, non i migliori (vista anche la zona in cui ci troviamo) e speck e mortadella proprio non c'entrano nulla. Per concludere, dopo il caffè, ti portano mandarini arachidi e biscotti; gesto apprezzato ed inaspettato. Chiunque volesse provare il locale, rimarrà soddisfatto es stupito, davvero merita tanto.
